
Product Inspection and Delivery Issues
Upon delivery, customers are required to immediately inspect all products for any signs of damage or discrepancy. If there are any issues with the delivery, such as damaged or incorrect items, they must be reported to us before the delivery team departs from your location. Any claims for missing or damaged products that are not reported immediately will not be accepted. Company Seal is mandatory in the customer invoice copy at the time of delivery.
Product Quality and Expiry
All products delivered should be in undamaged condition and must have at least 6 months remaining on their expiration date at the time of delivery. Customers should check product expiry dates upon receipt and notify us immediately if the product does not meet this standard.
Return of items will only be accepted if the products are unused, unopened, and in original condition, with 3-month expiry date. Returns must be requested within a reasonable time frame from the date of delivery, subject to our return policy.
Proper Storage Requirements
Products must be stored in conditions that preserve their quality. This includes: Away from direct sunlight to prevent degradation of product quality and in a proper temperature range as specified for the individual product. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that storage conditions are met
Products stored improperly may be ineligible for return or exchange.
The supplier is not responsible for any issues arising from improper storage or handling of the products after they have been delivered. Damage products like color fade due to improper storage, damage made by client customers etc will not be accepted.
Payment Terms and Credit limit for creditors.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms prior to the shipment or on delivery, unless otherwise specified.
Credit limit will set by the supplier for all clients. Later the limit will increase in future by looking to the prompt payment history made by client or by keeping security cheque.
Modification of Terms
The supplier reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
